CLOSED - Issue in Manchester
Dear client,
We have been notified of an issue with comms to Manchester POPs, we are currently examining this and will report back shortly.
The affect of this issue was minimal and Internet traffic would have routed out via our Cogent feed in Telecity Williams.

CLOSED - Level3 Issue
Dear client,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused, as soon as we know
more we will let you know.
Please note that there is no risk to our transit network due
to this outage as we have an additional feed from Level3 sourced in a different
POP, plus feeds from Cogent and NTT.

CLOSED - Issue in LDeX1 with core-1.dex
Hi,
Our BGP feed to Level3 feed did flap earlier and traffic re routed via our backup transit feeds with no loss of service. A ticket has been logged with the carrier to determine the route cause.
